These terms govern your use of Bonjourchat. By creating a workspace you agree to them on behalf of your organisation. If you’ve signed an order form with us, the order form takes precedence.
01Accounts
You’re responsible for your workspace, the teammates you invite and keeping credentials secure. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
02Plans, billing & trial
Paid plans are billed per seat, monthly or yearly, in advance. AI resolutions and voice minutes beyond your plan are billed monthly in arrears. Prices exclude VAT.
The 14-day trial is free and requires no card. At the end of the trial your workspace pauses until you choose a plan.
03Acceptable use
Don’t use Bonjourchat to send spam, unlawful content, or messages that breach channel rules such as WhatsApp Business policies. We may suspend a workspace that puts the service or other customers at risk.
04Your data
You own your customer data. We use it only to provide the service as described in the Data Processing Agreement, and you can export it at any time.
05AI features
AI agents generate replies from the knowledge and tools you configure. You remain responsible for reviewing their setup and for what they communicate to your customers.
06Availability
We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime and publish incidents on our status page. Enterprise plans include a contractual SLA with service credits.
07Liability
Each party’s total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses.
08Termination
You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We delete workspace data 30 days after termination, after giving you the chance to export it.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
